Duration: The Monthly Retainership Program requires a minimum commitment of 11 months  and will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless otherwise terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

Monthly Budget: The monthly retainer fee for the Monthly Retainership Program is vary from Rs.10000 a month to Rs.1,00,000 a month or more(Depending on the requirement), payable in advance on a monthly basis. This fee covers the services listed in the Scope of Work section and does not include any additional third-party costs or expenses.

Payment Terms: The monthly retainer fee is due on or before the due date and can be paid through any mode of payments preferably Online. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

Terms and Termination: Either party may terminate the Monthly Retainership Program upon written notice with 30 days. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property: Our team will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose or use it for any purpose other than providing the agreed-upon services. The client retains all intellectual property rights to the website content and design provided by the client.

Rights and Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing all necessary website content, images, and materials in a timely manner. The client also agrees to promptly review and provide feedback on any deliverables provided by our team. Our team will use reasonable efforts to meet the agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Noida Juridiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration organization before seeking legal remedies.

Miscellaneous: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. Any changes or amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
